Love’Em was founded by a pioneering Australian vet who identified the importance of healthy and tasty treats to help reinforce positive behaviour when training and rewarding dogs. This laid the foundations of the brand and the business but the market and consumers had started to move on, seeing it as being more medical than caring.
Along with the Pure Love campaign, we captured the real love and devotion that founded Love’em and translated this to consumers in-store. A brand first redesign delivered standout in one of the busiest and fragmented aisles in the supermarket, while still projecting the veterinary owner's core values.
With this complete range redesign, ongoing pet treat innovations and ASIAPAC distribution, the brand has multiplied in both value and turnover, while finding a path for future growth.
